About Skyview HOA
The Skyview neighborhood is located atop Prune Hill in Northwest Camas, Clark County, Washington. Skyview was created in 1994 and comprises 96 single family residences.
We have 6.5 acres of common area that includes two green spaces, two storm water retention ponds, paved trails and a natural area with wet weather creek along the south border of the property.
Skyview Subdivision is governed by a homeowners association (HOA) with an owner-elected volunteer board of directors who are owners of property within the subdivision. Of the 96 houses in the subdivision, 18 are rental property and the remainder are owner occupied.
The HOA governance is conducted in accord with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Skyview Subdivision (CC&Rs).
